Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Yield: 4 salmon fillets
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon in the skillet with the skin side down, if applicable.
  4. Cook for 4–5 minutes without moving the salmon, allowing the bottom to develop a golden crust.
  5. Carefully turn the salmon and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  6. Pour the honey garlic mixture into the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium-low and spoon the sauce over the salmon as it simmers.
  7. Cook for another 3–4 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze has thickened slightly.
  8. Remove the skillet from the heat and spoon the remaining glaze over the salmon. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
